At the taste, it is harmonious fresh and elegantly soft; to the nose it is fine and elegant with hints of pear, citrus and tropical fruit. CONTROLLED DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN GUARANTEED THIS WINE IS OBTAINED FROM ONE OF THE MOST ANCIENT AUTOCHTHONOUS VARIETIES OF THE ASOLO HILLS: RECANTINA. This recently rediscovered variety, saved from extinction, was mentioned back in ‘700 in the works of Giacomo Agostinetti, where it was described as one of the best varieties of grape in the area of Treviso. Recantina gives birth to wine with rich and intense color, fragrant, elegant to taste.
